Worldwide Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide to over 100 countries, including the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, Asia, and more. Before ordering, please make sure adult products are legal to import into your country.

Processing Times

• In-Stock Dolls (Ready to Ship): Processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days.
• Custom-Made Dolls: Production takes 2–7 business days before dispatch.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

• USA & Canada: 3–7 business days
• Europe: 7–14 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
• Asia: 7–14 business days
• Other Regions: 10–20 business days (depending on location)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local regulations, or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping on most orders to major destinations.
• Remote area surcharges may apply depending on your location.
• Any shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• For many countries, we cover all import taxes and customs fees.
• In some regions, customers may be responsible for paying duties or handling customs clearance.
• We are not responsible for confiscations caused by local laws—please check your country’s import rules before ordering.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy matters most to us. Every doll is shipped in anonymous, plain brown boxes with no logos, product names, or identifying labels. The shipping label will only contain the necessary courier information.

• No mention of “sex doll” or “adult product” anywhere on the packaging.
• Securely padded to protect your doll during transit.
• Packaging size and weight vary depending on doll model and accessories.

This way, your delivery will remain 100% confidential.

Tracking Information

• A tracking number will be sent via email once your order is shipped.
• Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update in the courier’s system.
• If you do not receive tracking within 7 days of ordering, please contact us at info@vedoll.com.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to countries where the import of adult dolls is prohibited by law. Orders to such countries will be canceled and refunded.

Delays & Force Majeure

VeDoll.com is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as customs inspections, strikes, natural disasters, or courier disruptions.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
• If your package is lost during transit, we will assist in filing a claim and may send a replacement.

Types of Dolls We Ship

We offer two main types of products:

A. In-Stock Dolls (Ready-to-Ship)

These dolls are already manufactured and stored in our local warehouses in the US, Australia, Canada, the European Union, and the United Kingdom.

Benefits of In-Stock Dolls:

• No production wait time.
• Faster delivery (3–7 business days in most cases).
• No extra customs duties or taxes — we cover them for you.

Processing Time: Orders are usually packed and shipped within 24–48 hours from your local warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Note: If your chosen stock is unavailable in your selected location, we may ship from a different warehouse or our factory. This may extend delivery to 10–15 business days.

B. Custom-Made Dolls (Made-to-Order)

If you select a doll without a “stock” label, it will be custom manufactured according to your specifications.

Production Time:

• Standard: 7-15 business days.
• Longer during Chinese holidays (details in Section 8).

Custom Doll Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

Shipping Options:

Standard Shipping

• US: Free, 4–6 weeks delivery. Shipped via ocean freight to California, then delivered by FedEx.
• EU: $100–$150, 6–7 weeks delivery (includes import duty & VAT).
• UK: $100–$150, 6–7 weeks delivery (includes import duty & VAT).
• Japan: Free, 3–5 weeks delivery via ocean freight.
• Other Countries: Not available.

Tracking Note: For EU & UK orders, tracking may not update until the shipment arrives in your local country hub (3–5 weeks).

Expedited Shipping

• Available for most countries.
• Delivery in 3–14 business days after production.
• Cost: $250–$300 (depends on doll size/weight).
• No extra customs charges for US, AU, CA, JP, UK customers.
• EU customers must pay import duty & VAT upon delivery.

Self-Collection Service

You can pick up your order directly from our warehouses (except Canada).

• Valid ID (passport or driver’s license) is required.
• Contact our support team to arrange a collection time.

Shipping Costs & Customs Duties

• US, AU, CA, JP, UK customers: No extra customs fees — we pay all duties and taxes.
• EU customers: Duties & VAT included in the stated $100–$150 shipping fee.
• Other countries: Duties/taxes may apply, depending on local regulations.

Countries We Ship To

We ship to most countries worldwide, including:
United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Switzerland, Japan, New Zealand, and many more.

We Do Not Ship To:
Indonesia, Mexico, most Middle Eastern countries, Vietnam, Morocco, Ghana, and certain restricted regions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

• Stock Dolls: Tracking usually updates within 24–48 hours.
• Custom Dolls (Standard Shipping): Tracking may not update for several weeks until arrival in the destination country.

Holiday & Processing Delays

Our main production facility is in China. During national holidays, production and shipping may be delayed:

• Chinese New Year (Jan 18 – Feb 5): Add 2–3 weeks.
• Labor Day (May 1–5): Add 5 days.
• National Day (Oct 1–7): Add 7 days.

If you need your doll urgently during these times, we recommend ordering from local stock.

Handling Unforeseen Delays

While we work hard to deliver your doll on time, certain events (customs inspections, weather disruptions, strikes, pandemics) may cause delays.

• If a delay occurs, we will notify you by email.
• We will provide updated delivery estimates and tracking information.

How to Choose the Fastest Delivery Option

• If you want your doll in 3–7 days, choose In-Stock Dolls from your local warehouse.
• If you want a customized doll quickly, choose Expedited Shipping during checkout.
• If you want to save on shipping cost and don’t mind waiting, choose Standard Shipping for custom dolls.

Free Shipping Promotions

We regularly offer Free Shipping promotions on:

• All In-Stock Dolls in US, AU, CA, EU, UK.
• Selected Custom Doll Orders (US & JP standard shipping).

These promotions will be clearly marked on the product page.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide a correct delivery address and contact details.
• Be available to sign for the delivery.
• Complete customs clearance when required.

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to clear customs without a valid reason, the package may be destroyed by the courier, and no refund will be issued.
