Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for used items. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Quality Check Before Shipment
Every doll is manually inspected before shipping. However, due to long-distance transportation and multiple logistics handlers, minor imperfections may occur during transit, including:
- Small scratches
- Minor stains
- Eyelashes falling off
- Slight finger wire protrusion
These are considered minor issues and do not qualify as manufacturing defects or grounds for a return/refund. If you experience any of these, please contact our customer service for simple solutions and guidance.
2. Address Changes & Package Rejection
Once your package has shipped:
- The return address on the label is not our warehouse but a local courier facility.
- Package rejection is not a valid return method – we cannot accept returns this way.
- If you cannot receive the package, please contact us immediately to arrange delivery to a different address.
If you reject a package without prior arrangement, you will be responsible for any resulting loss.
3. Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in the following case:
- Product damaged or defective upon arrival (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).
If your doll arrives damaged:
- Email us at hello@vedoll.com within 24 hours.
- Include your name, order number, and a clear description of the issue.
- Attach photos or videos showing the defect/damage.
- Our team will review and respond as quickly as possible.
⚠️ Important: We do not offer refunds for any reason other than confirmed manufacturing damage upon arrival.
4. Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and unworn.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
- The doll must not show any signs of use or contamination.
Any return failing these conditions will be rejected for hygiene and safety reasons.
5. Warranty & Replacement Process
If your order qualifies for warranty replacement:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@vedoll.com.
- Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photo/video evidence.
- If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or offer another suitable solution.
- The doll must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Damage caused by improper use is not covered by the warranty.
6. Cancellation Policy
Custom Dolls
- All custom dolls are made-to-order.
- Within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund possible.
- After 24 hours but before shipping: Order can be canceled but subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover manufacturing costs (design, mold, materials, labor, transaction fees).
- After shipping: Orders cannot be canceled.
In-Stock Dolls
- In-stock dolls are prepared for shipping immediately after order placement.
- If you wish to cancel after placing an in-stock order, we will check if we can stop shipment:
- If shipment is stopped: Refund will be issued minus shipping & handling fees.
- If shipment is already in progress: You must accept delivery and return it to our local warehouse at your expense.
- Refund will be processed after inspection, minus shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.
7. Refund Timeframe
- Refunds typically take 3–20 business days to appear in your payment account.
- If you haven’t received your refund after 20 business days, please contact us for assistance.
8. No Returns or Refunds for Sale Items
All sale or discounted items are final sale – no returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged.
